- 300g WX by Rangers Wagyu Bavette
- 2 pieces of Ciabatta
- 1 large Onions
- 1 handful of Fresh Watercress (It's in season!) / Wild Rocket
- 2 Japanese Eggs
- 30 g Unsalted butter
- 35 g Brown Sugar
- 2 Tablespoon of Red Wine Vinegar or Balsamic Vinegar
- Olive oil (for cooking) or simply use butter
- Extra virgin olive oil (for drizzle)
- Dijon mustard / Mustard
- Kewpie Mayonnaise
- Black Pepper
- Sea Salt

1 – Guna bekas yang kecil untuk cheesecake nampak tinggi.Guna je loyang saiz 7. Barulah cantik ketinggianya.
2- Kurangkan gula atau tak perlu letak langsung sebab oreo dah manis. Inti cream oreo tengah juga tak perlu gunakan.
3- Sentiasa masukkan di dalam peti sejuk untuk teksture cake yang sentiasa padat dan sedap untuk dinikmati.

Bahan Resepi Oreo Cheesecake Mudah :
1 paket (454 gram Oreo Small Crushed
140 gram Buttercup atau nak sedap gunakan pure butter
250 gram whipping cream Anchor
100 gram gula halus. Terpulang nak masukkan atau tak
500 gram cream sheese Tatura
2 sudu makan gelatin Halalgel
1 biji lemon

Cara Buat Resepi Oreo Cheesecake Sedap :
#1: Cairkan butter dalam oven selama 30 saat.Gunakan suhu 190’C. Keluarkan dan campurkan pula dengan oreo yang dah dihancurkan serta dibuang cream tengah. Gaul sebati dan mampatkan pada dasar loyang 7 inci.
Untuk mudahkan anda membuka cheesecake , seeloknya gunakan loyang jenis loose atau yang boleh dibuka ya. Bila dah mampatkan oreo tadi, sejukkan dalam peti chiller selama 1 jam.
#2: Bila dah sampai 1 jam, bolehla mula pukul whipping cream hingga pekat menggunakan mixer tangan. Ketepikan. Masukkan gelatin dalam mangkuk yang mengandungi jus lemon. Masukkan balik dalam oven selama 30 saat pada suhu 190’C / hingga gelatin sebati.Keluarkan dan suamkan.
Dalam bekas lain, pukul cream cheese bersama gula halus dan 70 gram butter sehingga adunan kembang menggunakan mixer. Barulah tambah whipping cream dan juga gelatin tadi. Teruskan pukul hingga semua sebati.

材料:
◼︎クラスト
バタークラッカー 60枚
塩 小さじ½
黒コショウ 小さじ1
粉チーズ(パルメザン) 35g
溶かしバター 大さじ2
卵(溶いておく) 1個
◼︎フィリング
クリームチーズ(常温) 225g
サワークリーム 80g
卵 1個
粉チーズ(パルメザン) 25g
塩 小さじ½
黒コショウ 小さじ½
ガーリックパウダー 小さじ¾
チャイブ(みじん切り) 10g
ディル(みじん切り) 10g
タイム(みじん切り) 大さじ1
◼︎野菜のバラ
ズッキーニ(両端切り落とす) 2本
にんじん(色は様々、皮をむいて両端切り落とす) 8本
オリーブオイル 大さじ2
塩 小さじ½
黒コショウ 小さじ½
作り方:
1.オーブンを180度に予熱しておく。
2.フードプロセッサーにクラッカーを加え、細かくなるまで砕く。溶かしバター、塩、黒コショウ、粉チーズ、卵を加え、更にフードプロセッサーにかける。必要に応じてボウルの側面をこすり落とす。
3.(2)を22センチのタルト型に移し、手で押し固める。
4.タルト型を天板に乗せ、端がきつね色になるまで12~14分焼き、冷ます。
5.フィリングを作る:大きめのボウルにクリームチーズを入れ、柔らかくなるまで泡立て器で混ぜる。サワークリームを加えて混ぜ、卵を加えてさらに混合わせる。粉チーズ、塩、黒コショウ、ガーリックパウダー、チャイブ、ディルを加え、ヘラでさっくり混ぜる。
6.(5)を(4)にゆっくりと流し込み、ヘラなどを使って表面を平らにする。
7.野菜のバラを作る:ピーラーを使いながら、スッキーニと人参を幅広のリボン状にする。薄くスライスした野菜を大きめのボウルに入れ、電子レンジで1分加熱する。(水分が出てやわらかくなり、丸めやすくなる)
8.(7)をきつく巻いてバラの形にする。一つのバラにつき、リボン状の野菜を1~4枚使って様々な大きさのものを作る。
9.タルトの中心から始め、端から1 cmのところまで野菜のバラを並べる。ハケでバラにオリーブオイルを塗り、塩・コショウを振る。
10.再びタルトをオーブンに戻す。フィリングの外端がきつね色になって中心部が焼けるまで、40分程焼く。
11.タルトを冷ましたら、完成!

Ingredients:

60 butter crackers
½ teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
⅓ cup parmesan cheese(35 g), grated
2 tablespoons melted butter
1 large egg, beaten
◼︎FILLING
1 ½ packages cream cheese, softened (8 ounce packages -- 225 gram)
⅓ cup sour cream(80 g)
1 large egg
¼ cup grated parmesan cheese(25 g)
½ teaspoon kosher salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
¾ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ cup fresh chives(10 g), chopped
¼ cup fresh dill(10 g), chopped
1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaf, finely chopped
◼︎VEGETABLE ROSES
2 medium zucchinis, ends trimmed
8 rainbow carrots, peeled and ends trimmed
2 tablespoons olive oil
½ teaspoon kosher salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
Preparation:
1.Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C).
2.Add the crackers to the bowl of a food processor. Pulse until finely ground. Add the melted butter, salt, pepper, Parmesan cheese, melted butter and egg. Pulse until combined, scraping the sides to make sure everything is incorporated.
3.Transfer the crust mixture to a 9-inch (22 cm) tart pan and place on a baking sheet. Use a spatula and your hands to press the crust into the bottoms and sides of the pan in an even layer.
4.Bake the crust for 12–14 minutes, until the edges just begin to brown. Let cool completely.
5.Make the filling: In a large bowl, use an electric hand mixer to beat the cream cheese until light and fluffy. Add the sour cream and beat to combine. Add the egg and beat until incorporated. Use a spatula to fold in the grated Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, garlic powder, chives, dill, and thyme.
6.Carefully pour the filling into the tart crust. Use an offset spatula to smooth the top in an even layer
7.Make the vegetable roses: Using a vegetable peeler, shave the zucchini and carrots into wide ribbons. Place in a large bowl and microwave for 1 minute to release excess water and make the ribbons more pliable.
8.Rolling the vegetable ribbons tightly into roses, using 1–4 ribbons per rose for varying sizes.
9.Starting in the center, nestle the vegetable roses into the filling, working to about ½ inch (1 ¼ cm) from the edge of the tart. Brush the tops of the roses with the olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
10.Transfer the tart to the oven and bake for about 40 minutes, until the edges of the filling are golden and the center looks set.
11.Let the tart cool completely. Slice and serve, or refrigerate and bring back to room temperature for at least 1 hour before serving.

白菜キムチ 40g

材料5つ!焼き鳥缶で簡単あんかけうどん

材料:
冷凍うどん 1玉
焼き鳥缶(タレ) 1缶
溶き卵 1個分
水 300ml
めんつゆ(2倍濃縮) 50ml
水溶き片栗粉 大さじ1
万能ねぎ 適量
作り方:
1.耐熱容器にうどんを入れ、ラップをかけて600Wのレンジで袋の表記時間通り加熱する。
2.鍋に水、めんつゆ、焼き鳥缶を汁ごと入れて火にかける。
3.沸いたら弱火にし、水溶き片栗粉を加えてとろみを付ける。
4.再び沸かし、卵を回し入れる。
5.器にうどんを盛り、(4)をかけ、万能ねぎを散らしたら、完成!

Canned Yakitori Udon
Servings: 1
INGREDIENTS
300 milliliters water
50 milliliters mentsuyu
1 75-gram can of yakitori chicken
½ tablespoon water mixed with ½ tablespoon cornstarch
1 large egg, beaten
1 package of microwave udon noodles, cooked according to package instructions
Sliced green onions, for garnish
PREPARATION
In a medium pot over high heat, combine the water, noodle soup base, and yakitori and mix well. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat to low, add the cornstarch slurry, and stir gently.
Return to a boil, pour in the egg, and cook for 3 minutes.
Add the udon noodles to a serving bowl and pour over the soup. Garnish with green onions.
